9win Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 9win website or downloading and using the 9win mobile application, you enter into a binding agreement with 9win. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and 9win regarding your use of the platform.

9win reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users through the platform or by email. Continued use of 9win after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of updates.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account and use 9win's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 9win strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under 18. Age verification may be required at any point.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited for you personally.

2.1 Account Verification

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold only one 9win account. If duplicate accounts are detected, 9win will close the additional accounts, void any bonuses associated with them, and may withhold any winnings derived from play across the duplicate accounts. Where fraud is suspected, the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 9win are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available from time to time.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon successful processing by your chosen payment provider. 9win does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. Only deposit money that belongs to you — deposits made from payment accounts registered to third parties will be refunded and the associated account reviewed.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. 9win aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed at the time of request, but processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Before your first withdrawal, identity verification is required. Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has outstanding verification requirements, an active responsible gaming cooling-off period, or if our fraud and risk team is reviewing your account.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

9win offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed alongside the relevant promotion. Where a general statement in these Terms and Conditions conflicts with the specific terms of a bonus offer, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements apply to most bonuses. The applicable wagering requirement is displayed in the bonus terms for each promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance until requirements are satisfied.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• 9win reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already started meeting requirements, any progress already made will be honoured.
• Bonuses claimed using multiple accounts, fraudulent payment methods or through any form of abuse will be voided.

5. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at 9win covers cricket — including PSL matches, international T20 fixtures, bilateral series and major tournaments — as well as football, esports and other sports as displayed on the platform. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended except through the cash-out feature where available.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. Bets placed after an event has concluded or an in-play incident has occurred will be voided.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned or not completed within a specified timeframe, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules displayed on the platform.
• 9win reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is evidence of match manipulation, corruption or irregular betting patterns.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet.

5.1 Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

For PSL and other cricket matches, the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board is used for settlement purposes. In the case of Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjusted results, the official DLS result is used. Rain interruptions, player injuries or team selection changes do not entitle bettors to void previously placed bets.

6. Games — Slots, Fish Games and Bingo

All casino-style games on 9win, including slots, fish games and bingo, are provided through certified third-party game providers. Each game uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes, ensuring that results are fair, unpredictable and independent of previous rounds.

• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within the game information for each title. RTP is a theoretical long-run percentage and does not guarantee returns on any individual session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed server-side and the result applied to your balance when you reconnect.
• Malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical error results in an incorrect game outcome being displayed, 9win reserves the right to correct the result and adjust account balances accordingly.
• Bingo results are final once the draw is completed. Prizes are credited automatically to your account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9win and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or bugs — any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and will be voided.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9win platform — including but not limited to the logo, graphics, game assets, text, software and interface design — is the intellectual property of 9win or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 9win.

Game content provided by third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of those studios and is licensed to 9win for display on the platform. Any unauthorised reproduction of game content is subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective studio.

11. Limitation of Liability

9win provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform available and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. 9win shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from platform downtime or technical errors beyond our control.

13. Account Closure

9win may close or suspend an account at any time where these terms have been breached, where fraud or illegal activity is suspected, or where required by applicable law. In such cases, 9win reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

15. Changes to These Terms

9win may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
