Got a question about your account, deposits, withdrawals, or games? Browse our answers below — most queries are covered right here.

All Topics Account Deposits & Withdrawals Games Sports Betting App Responsible Gaming

We put this FAQ together because our support team kept getting the same questions from players across Pakistan — and honestly, fair enough. Starting out on any new platform raises a lot of questions. This page covers everything from setting up your account and making your first PKR deposit through JazzCash or Easypaisa, to understanding how withdrawals work, what to expect from slots and fish games, and how to bet on cricket and PSL matches in the sports section.

If you do not find the answer you need below, feel free to check back later as we update this page regularly. For any account-specific issues, your best first step is always to log in and check your dashboard directly. New to 9Win? Head over to the Register page and get started in under two minutes.

Account & Registration

Signing up on 9Win is straightforward. Visit the Register page, enter your mobile number, choose a strong password, and complete the basic verification step. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once your account is active, you can log in, make a deposit in PKR, and start playing right away. Membership is open to adults only — you must be 18 years or older to register.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password?" You will be asked to enter your registered mobile number. A verification code will be sent to that number, and once confirmed, you can set a brand new password. Your balance, game history, and all account details stay exactly as they were — nothing is affected by a password reset.

No. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and may result in both accounts being suspended without notice. If you are having trouble accessing your existing account, the correct approach is to recover it through the password reset process or contact support — do not create a second account as a workaround.

After logging in, navigate to your account settings from the dashboard. From there you can update your display name, email address, and notification preferences. For changes to your registered mobile number, additional identity verification may be required to protect your account security.

Deposits & Withdrawals

9Win supports all the major payment channels used in Pakistan. You can deposit using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards, and a variety of mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR so there are no currency conversion headaches. The Deposit page shows the full list of currently active options along with any applicable minimum amounts.

Most deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast are credited almost instantly — typically within a few seconds to a couple of minutes. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times, usually between 15 minutes and a few hours during business hours. If your deposit has not appeared after a reasonable wait, double check that the transaction was successful on your payment app before raising a query.

Log in to your account and go to the Wallet section. Select "Withdraw", choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount in PKR, and confirm the request. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. Make sure your withdrawal details match the information on your registered account to avoid any delays.

Yes, minimum amounts apply and vary by payment method. These are clearly shown on the Deposit page before you complete a transaction. For most mobile wallet options like JazzCash and Easypaisa, the minimums are kept low so players are not forced to commit large sums just to try the platform. Check the deposit page for the latest figures as they can be updated periodically.

Games – Slots, Fish & Bingo

The Slots section carries a wide range of titles — from straightforward classic 3-reel machines to feature-packed modern video slots with free spins, multipliers, and bonus rounds. Games come from established providers and are available to play any time of day. If you are new to slots, start with lower-stake games to get a feel for different mechanics before moving up.

Fish games are action-style multiplayer games where you aim and shoot at fish swimming across the screen. Each fish has a different point value, and bigger or rarer fish pay out more. You control your cannon, choose your bet level, and the credits you win depend on which fish you catch. The Fish Games section has several rooms with different stakes, so both casual players and high-rollers can find a comfortable level.

The Bingo section hosts live draw rooms where numbers are called in real time. You purchase cards before a round begins, the draw takes place, and prizes are awarded to players who complete the required patterns first. Multiple rooms run throughout the day with varying card prices in PKR. It is a social format — you can see other players in the room and the live chat adds to the experience.

All games on 9Win use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by previous results. Slots, fish games, and bingo draws all operate on this principle. Each spin or draw is an independent event — past results have no bearing on what comes next. This is standard practice across reputable gaming platforms worldwide.

Sports Betting

The Sports section covers cricket as the headline offering — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, Test series, and ICC tournaments. Beyond cricket you will find football (domestic and international leagues), esports events, and other popular disciplines. Markets include match winner, top batsman, total runs, live in-play betting, and more depending on the fixture.

Yes. In-play betting is available on selected matches including PSL and T20 internationals. Odds update in real time as the match progresses, so you can place bets on things like the next wicket, runs in an over, or the ultimate match winner even after the toss has happened. Odds move quickly during live matches so keep an eye on the market and place your bet promptly once you have made your decision.

Winnings are calculated by multiplying your stake in PKR by the decimal odds displayed at the time you placed the bet. For example, if you bet PKR 500 at odds of 2.50 and your selection wins, you receive PKR 1,250 back (PKR 500 × 2.50). The profit is PKR 750. Settled winnings are credited to your account wallet automatically once the result is confirmed.

Mobile App

Visit the App page for the latest download instructions. The 9Win app is available for Android devices. The installation file can be downloaded directly — you may need to allow installation from unknown sources in your phone settings, which is a standard step for apps downloaded outside the Play Store. iPhone users can access the full platform through the mobile browser without needing a separate app.

Yes, the 9Win app is completely free to download and install. There are no charges for downloading, installing, or maintaining the app. Your existing account works seamlessly on the app — just log in with your usual credentials and everything syncs automatically including your balance, bet history, and preferences.

Responsible Gaming

We encourage all players to set personal limits on how much time and money they spend on the platform. You can review the Responsible Gaming page for practical guidance on budgeting, session time management, and recognising when gaming is no longer fun. The key principle is simple: only play with money you can afford to lose, and never chase losses by depositing more in the hope of recovering them.

Absolutely. Taking breaks is a healthy and encouraged part of responsible play. If you feel you need time away from the platform, you can simply log out and step away. For more structured support, review the self-management tools and guidance available on the Responsible Gaming page. Gaming is meant to be entertainment — your wellbeing comes first.

No. 9Win is strictly an 18+ platform. Underage individuals are not permitted to register or play. During registration, players confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement. If we have reason to believe an account belongs to someone under 18, it will be suspended pending age verification. Parents and guardians should make use of parental control tools on shared devices to prevent underage access to gaming platforms.
